含多处损伤搭接结构应力强度因子有限元分析

摘要:

采用铆钉的两种表现形式(详细杆元和简化的弹簧元)的组合方式建立了含多处损伤(MSD)多铆钉搭接结构的有限元模型,通过分析得到了不同损伤模式下的应力强度因子(SIF)随裂纹扩展历程变化规律的曲线。结果表明,相对于单裂纹和无腐蚀情况,MSD和腐蚀损伤都会增加SIF值,当裂纹间距大于孔间距一半时,可不考虑裂纹间干涉效应;在给定的循环应力幅下,应力强度因子幅随干涉量的增加而降低,但干涉量大到一定值时,SIF对其不再敏感;铆钉材料对SIF的影响很小,而铆钉直径增大20%,SIF约增加6%。反平面翘曲对SIF有很大的影响,相对于无反平面翘曲,SIF下降一个数量级。

Abstract:

Accurate stress intensity solutions for multiple site damage (MSD) cracks at rivet holes in riveted joints are difficult to determine, mainly due to the geometric complexity along with the variations in rivet load transfer and rivet interference and corrosion, especially the interaction of MSD cracks.A wide riveted lap joint with MSD is modeled using a combination of explicit and spring element representations of rivets.Stress intensity factors (SIFs) solutions are obtained for different damage models.
