摘要: 介绍了激光熔覆应力集中区研究的概况。在材料和激光参数优选的基础上,对钢试件进行熔覆处理,并进行了疲劳试验,研究激光熔覆对疲劳寿命的影响。试验结果表明:激光熔覆处理在优选参数条件下,能显著地提高钢试件的疲劳寿命。

Abstract: The state of research of laser cladding in the stress concentration zone is briefly introduced.On the bais of optimal material and laser parameter,the laser cladding was used to treat the steel specimens of the fatigue test.The effects of claddng parameter on fatigue life are studied.The results of tests show that fatigue life of steel specimens treated with laser cladding can be considerably increased.
