Abstract: This paper introduces an Ada-based extendable software engineering language sup-porting all stages of software developments. The paper discusses the design ideas and goals of the language,and,on this basis,introduces and analyses its fundamental structures. Finaily, the supporting features for software development process are deeply discussed.
