摘要: 以谱载下相对小裂纹尺寸范围的(a,t)数据为依据,选择适当的裂纹扩展计算程序,以试验与计算寿命的偏差平方和SSE为目标函数,采用直接寻优方法(搜索法)进行优化,从而实现用计算反推法确定相对小裂纹da/dN公式系数,用以代替难度高、耗资大的试验测定,对耐久性分析的DCGA的应用意义重大。

Abstract: This paper proposes the back-calculating method for determining the parameters of da / dN equations within the range of relatively small crack length, The (a,t)datu.m within the range of relatively small crack length under the load spectrum is the basis of the method. The appropriate computing program of crack growth is used in tne method. The objective function is the sum of square of error (SSE) between the testing and calculating life, and the direct optimizing method (searching method) is adopted to optimize it. The method can substitute the da / dN test that is very defficult and non-economic. It is very significant to apply the DCGA in durability analysis.
