摘要:

本文采用通用于复合材料叠层厚、薄板壳的Heferosis三维退化曲壳元,利用Hill屈服准则和层状模型法,研制了针对金属基复合材料叠层板壳进行弹塑性分析的超参元程序。算例结果表明,叠层板壳分析方法和所编程序是可靠的,精度良好。

Abstract:

A material nonlinear finite element method and the computational program of arbitrary shape composite thin and thick, laminal plates and shells (such as single-ply plates and shells, laminated plates and shells, and sandwich plates and shells) accounting for the effect of tranverse shear deformation is presented, to suit different geometric shape as well as variable plates and shells thickness. The element adopted herein is a degenerated three-dimensional 9-node isoparametric element and a layered model is also employed. The element displacement field is described by using three translations of the mid-sur. face nodes and the rotations about the local axes. The analysis material nonlinear is based on the generalized Huber-Mises yield criterion extended by Hill for anisotropic materials. A number of examples for material nonlinear of the laminated plates and shells are calculated. The obtained results have good coincidence with the results published by the others. It shows that the method and computational program are successful and the calculating precision is high enough for engineering.
