摘要: 本文分析研究LY12CZ铝合金干涉螺接件的微动损伤防护技术。讨论了不同干涉量、表面处理技术、孔的加工方法及防护夹层对其微动损伤及疲劳寿命的影响。应用断口分析的方法研究了其微动损伤区的形貌、裂纹的起始部位及形式。提出了提高LY12CZ干涉螺接件疲劳寿命的方法。

Abstract: The effectively protective measure to prevent fretting damage in LY12CZ lap joints with interference-fit bolt is studied. By fractor-graphic analysis method the microcosmic characters, crack sources and crack initiation location of fretting damage are analysed in details. Based on test investigation, the effects on the fatigue life of interference, different types of treatments applied to the faying surface and different manufacture methods applied to holes are discussed. The methods of increasing fatigue life for LY12CZ lap joints with interference-fit bolt are presented. The results of tests show that the cold-extrusion press technique applied to holes is the most effective measure.
