摘要: 针对目前国内基于用户的专项载荷谱实测开始晚、任务剖面依据当时的训练大纲确定,不能及时给出用于全机疲劳试验的实测载荷谱,不能随飞机实际使用情况的变化适时调整载荷谱的不足,提出基于全包线型号试飞机动动作识别的飞机载荷谱编制方法。首先根据机动动作特征参数特点,对全包线试飞数据机动动作进行识别,构建全包线机动动作数据库;其次,根据飞机设计使用情况或训练大纲确定典型任务剖面,将任务剖面分解成机动动作;第三,依据每个任务剖面机动动作组成及关键参数范围,按照等损伤原则从全包线试飞构建的机动动作库中挑选合适的动作段组合成等效任务剖面起落;最后进行载荷谱编制。该方法是在型号试飞阶段完成的全包线实测,不仅可以为全机疲劳试验及时提供可靠度更高的实测载荷谱,还可以依据飞机使用情况的变化适时调整载荷谱。

Abstract: Aiming at the domestic shortcomings such as the late start of user-based special load spectrum measurement, the mission profile determined based on the training syllabus at that time, the inability to timely provide the measured load spectrum for full-aircraft fatigue testing, and the failure to adjust the load spectrum in a timely manner with changes in the actual aircraft operation conditions, this paper proposes an aircraft load spectrum compilation method based on maneuvering action recognition of full-envelope prototype flight test. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the characteristic parameters of maneuvering actions, the maneuvering actions in the full-envelope test flight data are identified, and a full-envelope maneuvering action database is constructed. Secondly, the typical mission profile is determined based on the aircraft design and operation conditions or the training syllabus, and the mission profile is decomposed into maneuvering actions. Thirdly, according to the composition of maneuvering actions and the range of key parameters in each mission profile, appropriate action segments are selected from the maneuvering action database constructed from the full-envelope test flight in accordance with the equal damage principle to form equivalent mission profile sorties. Finally, the load spectrum compilation is carried out. This method, which realizes full-envelope actual measurement during the prototype test flight phase, can not only timely provide a measured load spectrum with higher reliability for the full-aircraft fatigue test, but also adjust the load spectrum in a timely manner according to changes in the aircraft operation conditions.
