中国飞机结构寿命可靠性评定技术的发展与展望

Development and prospect of aircraft structural life reliability assessment technology in China

摘要: 首先,在中国40余年的飞机结构定寿与延寿研究成果的基础上,结合中国国情、试验条件和科技发展水平,探讨了机群个体寿命可靠性评定体系与单机寿命监控技术。该技术包括建立新机结构寿命可靠性验证体系,发展大子样载荷谱实测技术、大子样全尺寸飞机疲劳试验技术、试验装置模块化与智能化、以及中子光视觉监控技术等。然后,对中国飞机大数据智能监控平台建设进行了展望。该平台将中国飞机寿命可靠性评定技术提升至机群个体寿命可靠性评定与实时监控的国际先进水平,在保障飞行安全的同时,成倍延长机群使用寿命,改变中国与美国目前相对飞机数量少和寿命短的格局。

Abstract: Based on the research achievements of aircraft life prediction and life extension for more than forty years, considering national conditions, test conditions, and development of science and technology in China, this paper discusses the individual aircraft of fleet life reliability prediction system and individual aircraft life monitoring technology, including establishing a structure reliability verification system of new aircraft, developing large sample load spectrum flight measurement technology, large sample full-scale aircraft fatigue test technology, modularization and intellectualization of test devices and visual detection devices, and neutron light vision monitoring technology and presents the prospects of establishing aircraft intelligent monitoring platform based on big data to develop the life reliability assessment of aircraft fleet in China into individual life reliability assessment of each aircraft in fleet which is advanced in the world. At the same time ensuring flight safety, the safe service life of aircraft fleet will be extended exponentially. The current situation of small quantity and short life of Chinese aircraft compared to American aircraft will be changed.
