Longitudinal Oscillation and Flying Security Evaluation

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the feature for longitudinal oscillation, a pilot-aircraft model taking account ofnonlinearity and randomicity is established. A dual-exponential function is presented to calculate the conditionalprobability of eliminating longitudinal oscillation by pilot because of undesired events, and then a flying securitymodel is built to apply Markov chains. An example is given in the end.
