Abstract: An efficient method for flight test data analysis would be to determine first whether the data channels are all compatible, make whatever adjustment required, and then use the refined compatible data for aerodynamic parameter estimation. In this paper, by considering the characteristics of missle flight tests, a model for the compatibility check of measured missile response is presented. On the condition of designing input signal and considering the correlation among bias errors, by using extended Kalman filter, simulation and practical application indicate that the mathematical model being set up and the estimation algorithm are reasonable and valid. The obtained results are very close to those determined by high-speed repetitive operation analog matching, and the effectiveness of the results is proved once again.
