Abstract: The uniaxial ratcheting behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel at room temperature is experimentally investigated. A new separate visco-plastic constitutive model is presented. A memory surface for maximum plastic strain is introduced and different plastic strain flow rules and evolution rules of back stress are applied according to the memory surface. The monotonic tensile behavior and cyclic behavior of the material are separately described independently. The model is applied to simulation for uniaxial ratcheting behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. It is shown that the simulative results agree well with the experimental ones.
