Abstract: Landing gear static strength test is an essential procedure for the airworthiness certification of civil transport aircraft. The main landing gear of the AG600 large amphibious aircraft adopts a unique statically indeterminate high-strut configuration, which is characterized by high bearing capacity, large structural deformation, complex load transfer, and limited space for loading and measurement, resulting in great difficulties in test implementation. According to the static strength airworthiness provisions of CCAR?25?R4 and combined with the engineering practice of static strength airworthiness compliance verifica-tion for the AG600 main landing gear, this paper systematically sorts out the airworthiness management process, manufactur-ing compliance inspection key points, and test contents and procedures of landing gear static strength tests. Five key technol-ogies, including precise adjustment of buffer compression, accurate loading of large-deformation structures, vertical high-load application in narrow spaces, displacement measurement in occluded narrow spaces, and test risk prevention and con-trol, are proposed to effectively solve the technical difficulties in precise loading and measurement for complex three-dimensional statically indeterminate landing gears with large deformation. With the full-process review by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the static strength of the AG600 main landing gear meets the airworthiness standard re-quirements for transport aircraft. The landing gear static strength airworthiness verification technology formed in this paper can provide engineering references for the static strength airworthiness compliance verification of landing gears and similar structures of large civil aircraft in China.
