Civil aircraft standard model system and construction of aerodynamic subject database

Abstract:

To ensure the commercial aircraft with commercial market operation as its ultimate goal can successfully achieve air-worthiness certification and market success, it is necessary to solve the overall aerodynamic design problems and meet the requirements of “safety, economy, comfort and environmental friendliness”. Wind tunnel test is the most important ground simulation test to evaluate and analyze the overall aerodynamic design effect of aircraft and obtain the aerodynamic input conditions supporting aircraft structure, strength, flight control and other professional design. Its test quality and the completeness and effectiveness of control measures directly determine the credibility of test results, and affect the aircraft design level and aerodynamic optimization effect. Based on the brief introduction of the concept and connotation of civil aircraft standard model, the typical civil aircraft standard model in the world and the effect of its aerodynamic database construction, we expound the development history, system design and database construction of civil aircraft standard model in China, analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of three standard models, CHN-T2, CHN-T1 and CAE-AVM, and the gaps existing in the development and construction of civil aircraft standard model system in China, and put forward the next work ideas.
