Abstract: With the steady improvement of remote sensing satellite imaging resolution, the effect of micro vibration on imaging quality of the space camera cannot be ignored. In this paper, a restoration method for imaging of Time Delayed and Integration Charge-Coupled Device (TDICCD) with micro vibration is studied. Firstly, we analyze the exposure rule and imaging principle of the TDICCD camera when the imaging device is moving relative to the target. A model for imaging of the TDICCD camera with micro vibration is established. The degraded image is obtained via simulation. Then the array image restoration method is introduced. Finally, the array image restoration method is improved and applied to TDICCD image restoration. A restoration method for TDICCD camera image with micro vibration is developed. Simulation shows improvement of all the indexes of the restored image, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method.
