高性能PBO纤维复合材料成型工艺参数研究

摘要: 研究了PBO纤维与环氧树脂复合成型工艺参数如树脂配方、浸渍张力、缠绕张力对PBO纤维缠绕成型复合材料力学性能的影响,同时优化了这些工艺参数。研究结果表明,PBO纤维复合材料的拉伸性能很好,但其纤维表面呈惰性,对树脂系统的拉伸性能、韧性和弯曲性能均要求较高,缠绕张力大约占其股纱强力的3 5%左右时,PBO纤维的NOL环层间剪切强度达到最高(29MPa),才能发挥PBO纤维的高强特性。

Abstract: PBO fiber composite materials are fabricated to detect manufacture processing parameters, such as epoxy formula system, immerse tension and winding tension so on. The optimum parameter of process is studied, emphasizing on the research of the effect of the impregnated and wound process on the mechanical property of NOL ring composites. The results show that the tension property of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) fiber-reinforced composite is very excellent, but its interlaminar shear strength is low because of its inactive fiber surface. It appears that PBO fiber composite is required for high strength and toughness of epoxy system to develop high and strong characteristic of PBO fiber. When the ratio of winding tension/roving breaking load is 3.5%, the NOL ring measurements indicate that a significant increase in the interlaminar shear strength of up to 29MPa.
