摘要:

结合世界民机研制的历程,论述了未来民机产品的要求和应用先进技术的重要性。讨论了市场模式的变化,即要求航空工业界提供更高,更快和更远(技术驱动型)的产品转变为生产快、价格低而性能更好(市场驱动型)的产品。这种变化要求新的设计方法,工具和过程。传统的按序和迭代的飞机设计模式将逐渐走向新的更加综合性的,如虚拟产品或综合的产品和过程发展的设计方法。多学科优化设计是实现新的综合设计方法的关键技术。文中简要地讨论了此方法和介绍了工业界应用的要求。计算流体力学(CFD)起着推动走向综合设计过程的作用。文中详细地说明了CFD对民机成功设计的中心作用,讨论了它的分析和设计的功能。数值模拟是未来飞机设计和发展中的关键模型化和模拟技术,对于现代化的综合设计的成功应用是很重要的。

Abstract:

Based on the history of the civil transport research and development around the world, the requirements for future civil transports are pointed out and the importance of applying the advanced technologies into the design and manufacture processes is shown. In this paper, the market paradigm shift, i.e., transformation from the demand to offering the products of higher, faster and farther(technology-driven design) by the aircraft industry into the demand to offering the products that are both better in performance and faster and cheaper to produce(market-driven design), is discussed.The new demands on design paradigm,tools and processes are resulted from this kind of shifts.The tranditional design paradigm of sequential and iterative design cycles has gradually been moving towards a more integrated new designapp roach with underlying concepts like Virtual Product(VP)or Integrated Product and Process Development(IPPD).Multi-disciplinary Design Optimization(MDO)design is the key technique to realize the new integrated design approach.The approach of MDO and the demand of its industry application were briefly discussed in the paper.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is a driver in the development towards this new integrated design process.The role for successful design of the civil transport was shown and its analysis and design functions were discussed detailly in this paper.Numerical simulation was the key modeling and simulating technology in current and future aircraft design,and also is important to the successful implementation of modern integrated aircraft design.
