摘要:

提出了一种利用疲劳裂纹扩展速率来估算断裂韧性的方法,并利用2种材料12组试验数据对该法产生的误差及其控制方法进行了分析研究,结果表明,其误差可以控制在试验分散带内。

Abstract:

A method is put forward to estimate fracture toughness K c by fatigue crack growth rate of material, and twelve sets of test data for two materials , titanium alloy IMI318 and aluminium alloy 7075 T7351, are used to analyse the error introduced by the method and the way to control it. The results indicate that the error can be controlled within the limits of the test scatter band. Thus, a new reliable and convenient approach is provided to acquire fracture toughness data of materials since a large number of fatigue crack growth rate data are available.
