摘要: 航班的空中等待时间和地面延迟时间是对航行系统进行评估的有效性指标 ,其计算目前普遍采用的是以 Monte-Carlo法为代表的一类统计计算方法 ,耗时过长是这类方法无法回避的缺陷。利用随机服务系统理论 ,详细分析了机场终端区的飞行、管制程序和空域结构 ,建立其运营模型 ,最终得出计算公式 ,成功地解决了快速分析计算航班等待和延迟的问题

Abstract: The air-hold and the ground-delay time of the flight are an effectiveness index to evaluate the Air Navigation System. Up to now its calculating method is Monte-Carlo statistical method generally. But longer time of the computation is the limitation of this method. In this paper, the flight and control procedure and the airspace structure of the airport terminal area are analyzed particularly by using the stochastic serve system theory, an operation model is established, and the calculating formula is educed finally. So the problem about the fast calculating method of flight delay is resolved successfully.
