摘要:

根据现代空战的特点,构建了空战效能评估指标体系,由于超视距空战和近距格斗是现代空战的两个主要模式,因此在指标体系中分别引入了与这两种模式直接相关的分项能力,并且给出了各分项能力的计算模型,针对以往效能评估的多指标综合评价模型中权系数确定的主观性问题,应用粗糙集理论对第3代战斗机的各种指标数据进行挖掘,利用信息熵概念求得各指标的属性重要度,并归一化处理为各指标的权系数,克服了传统权系数确定方法的主观性。最后,建立了空战效能评估的多指标综合评价模型,通过实例计算验证了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:

A new index system of air combat efficiency evaluation based on the characteristic of modern air combat is proposed in this article. Since overthehorizon air combat and dogfight are the main modes of modern air combat, the indexes to them are introduced. In view of subjectivity in the determination of weights in the traditional model, the rough set theory is applied to explore the index data of the third generation fighterplanes. The conception of information entropy is used to determine the significance of each index, and the significance of attributes is shifted to weights. This method overcomes the subjectivity of traditional determination of weights. Finally, the multiindex synthesize evaluation model of aerial warfare efficiency is established. The validity of the model is verified with a case study.
