摘要: 1.干涉配合螺接接头孔边应力和位移场 假设:(a)被连接件为无限大板,圆孔内受均匀压力,并处于平面应力状态;(b)螺栓为一有限圆板,受均匀外压,在干涉配合时只产生弹性变形,并为平面应力状态;(c)被连接件材料的本构方程采用修正的Ramberg-Osgood形式

Abstract: In this paper,theoretical and experimental studies on the optimization of the interference fit of a bolt joint have been made.The analytical solution to the elastoplastic stresses and strains in a sheet with an unloaded interference-fit bolt was discussed at the first. On the basis of the discussion of the stresses distribution around the hole, a criterion of optimized interference was proposed.A series of fatigue tests were conducted finally to give recommended parameters for this type of joint.
