液压泵脉动模型的故障诊断方法研究

摘要: 采用液压泵的脉动参数方法进行故障诊断试验研究,在介绍了必要的数学模型和参数测量原理后,着重定性分析了液压泵游隙故障下泵源脉动参数Qs,Zs的变化,并给出了判断此种故障的参考阈值方法,试验表明本方法在液压故障诊断方面具有的应用前景。

Abstract: This paper presents a new method of fault diagnosis i.e.the ripple model method.Firstly we establish an effective ripple parameter model with two parameters(Qs and Zs).Then we analyze the slipper lossing failures of ZB-34M bent-axis piston pump qualitatively and quanti-tatively.the results illustrate that the changes of inner structure parameters lead to the changes of ripple parameters.So after monitoring the changes of Qs and Zs,we can discover the changes of structure,then realize the fault diagnosis.
