摘要: <正> 蠕变裂纹扩展的研究,首要的是确定表征蠕变裂纹扩展性能的合理判据,本文报导了对燃气涡轮盘常用材料GH33A合金蠕变裂纹扩展4种判据的研究结朱,求得最佳关联该合金蠕变裂纹扩展的参量,为进一步估算寿命打下基础

Abstract: The behavior of creep crack growth for turbine disk of Ni-base superalloy GH33A at 600℃, 650℃ and 700℃ was investigated with compact tension (CT)specimen by means of the direct current potential method. In comparison with such Parameters as stress intensity factor K, net section stress(σnet), reference stress (σzref), the C* parameter and loading point displacement rate △,C*is the best one among these mechanical parameters correlation with the creep crack growth rate. The results have also shown that temperature has a serious influence on the creep crack growth behovior.
