摘要: 介绍利用激光辐照处理LY12CZ铝合金的研究情况。辐照参数优选、疲劳寿命对比试验、裂纹扩展试验、位错胞运动分析都表明:辐照参数对疲劳寿命影响显著。疲劳寿命仅在特定的辐照参数范围内才能显著地增加,抗疲劳断裂能力也会较大地提高。

Abstract: The state of the art of laser radiation on LY12CZ Ai-alloy is briefly introduced. The optimization of radiative parameter, the comparison test of fatigue life, the test of crack propagation, the analysis of dislocation cell move, and all the results show that the effect of radiative parameters on fatigue life is significant. The fatigue life can be obviously increased only in a specific range of radiative parameters, and in such a case the ability of anti fatigue-fracture can be considerably increased.
