摘要: 探讨了通过调整叶片重心线沿周向的积叠,控制叶片强度和振动性能的方法;以某高负荷风扇叶片为例,验证了该方法在高负荷叶片设计中的有效性;并对比分析了重心线调节对转子气动性能的影响,探讨了其内在流动机制。建议将叶片设计流程中叶片造型与结构分析作为一项工作完成。重心线调节法可应用于高负荷叶片设计。

Abstract: Gravity center modification method is introduced to improve the high-load fan blade design. Under the condition that the circumferential profiles are not changed, some kinds of blades with different stacking lines are created to control the value of blade stress and natural frequencies. Detailed 3-D flow simulations are then implemented in the cases that show the best structural strength and the original blade to validate the method. Gravity center modification method can be used in high-load rotor blade design in engineering.
