摘要: 变构型飞行器根据飞行任务在线改变气动外形,可在宽飞行包线内保持优异气动性能,成为当前航空航天领域的研究热点。针对变构型飞行器气动外形设计面临的设计空间扩展与不同设计点差异化设计需求,本文发展了一种面向多任务的跨域变构型飞行器气动外形设计方法,采用在线与离线两类设计变量参数化气动外形,构建满足多任务设计需求的内外双层优化方法,在实现全剖面性能提升的同时获取各设计点最优构型。将优化方法应用于某可变后掠跨域飞行器,以翼面后掠角与飞行器型面分别作为在线与离线设计变量,针对起降和高速飞行剖面开展了气动外形优化。结果表明气动外形在Ma=0.4升力系数提升55.03%,Ma=6与Ma=10升阻比分别提升1.69%和1.68%,压心变化在2%以内,验证了优化方法的有效性。

Abstract: Morphing aircraft can change their aerodynamic shape online according to flight conditions, maintaining ideal aerodynamic per-formance during a trans-domain mission, therefore has become one of the research trends of aeronautics. This paper proposes an optimization method for the aerodynamic shape of trans-domain morphing aircraft aiming for multiple missions. By parameteriz-ing aerodynamic shapes with both online and offline design variables and adopting an inner-outer dual-layer optimization strate-gy, performance improvements have been achieved across various mission profiles. Taking a trans-domain aircraft with variable-sweep wings as an example, the optimization results show that the lift coefficient at Ma=0.4 is increased by 55.03%, and the lift-to-drag ratios at Ma=6 and Ma=10 are increased by 1.69% and 1.68% respectively, and the center of pressure variation is con-trolled within 2% over a wide range of speed, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
