Abstract: An optimization method of correlation coefficient for determining a three-parameter Weibull distribution is presented in this paper. Using the method there appears to the full extent a linear relationship between -lnln(l/p) and log(t-ε) from test data, and many fatigue test results have satisfactorily been treated.
