Abstract: Wall pressure signature m'ethod has been applied to wall correction for three-dimensional models at high angles of attack in low-speed wind tunnel with a closed octagonal test section. This paper presents the method for handling the effects of the border-cutting in the octagonal tunnel. The effects of different sigularity colocations (such as the number, span width, sweep angle and pitching angle) , the formation of wall pressure strip, and the distribution of surface orifices have all been studied in detail. It is concluded that the wall pressure signature method can be made better use of correcting the wall interferences at high angles of attack.
