Abstract: This paper studies the technology of active flutter suppression by using the wind-tunnel model of a delfa wing with low-aspect ratio as research specimen. The researches include the establishment of mathematical model for a servo-aeroelastic system and the synthesis and analysis of sub-optimal output feedback control laws for active flutter suppression.
