Practice of digital collaborative design for full-scale aircraft static test

Abstract:

As the critical step of structural strength verification for full-scale aircraft, the full-scale aircraft static test is very important and its digital transformation is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of test. In response to the challenges such as low design efficiency and weak collaboration in traditional test design, a new design pattern of full-scale aircraft static test with digital collaborative design as the core is proposed. The key technologies such as collaborative design and parametric design were studied, and the digital collaborative design system covering the entire life cycle of test was established. Based on the above technology, the digital collaborative design platform was developed. Through the integration of standardized model library, structured data management and design tools, the deep integration between test processes and design tasks was achieved, and the problems such as task allocation and digital thread of design in collaborative design were solved too. Taking the test of one certain type of aircraft as the research object, the results show that the system can improve the standardization and collaborative efficiency of test design effectively, which can provide technical support for the digital transformation of the full-scale aircraft static test.
