关于电磁频谱作战的思考

Abstract

Abstract: Electromagnetic spectrum combat capability is a necessary ability to win the future systematic war, and the core foundation to realize the informatization and intelligence of war. With the increasing dimension of operation domain, the ultimate goal of controlling the war is to gain the initiative of battlefield information by controlling the electromagnetic spectrum and realize the cooperation and fusion of high dimensions across the operation domain. By reviewing the whole process of electromagnetic domain warfare evolution, this paper analyzes the necessity of controlling electromagnetic spectrum capability, and expounds the challenges and development needs of electromagnetic spectrum warfare from the aspects of low-power zero power electromagnetic spectrum warfare, electromagnetic mobile warfare, electromagnetic power and information power control, and electronic countermeasure system technology, etc To strengthen the electromagnetic spectrum combat capability, suggestions on management, theoretical studies, key technologies, as well as evaluation and verification are further presented.
