摘要: 本文针对复合材料层钣的特点发展一种新的层钣有限元分析方法,建立了等参体元、超参壳元、体-壳过渡元及元外节点元的刚度矩阵。这些元素适用于各向同性材料、正交异性材料、蜂窝夹层和/或复合材料层钣的有限元分析,可以逼真地描述形状复杂的结构;还可以用来解决当前复合材料层钣研究的重大课题——层间应力计算问题。从工程应用出发,探讨了上述各种结构的最大承载能力,利用增量变刚度法提出一种解决复合材料这一非线性问题的分析方法。文中给出了一些算例,计算结果表明,所述方法是十分有效的。

Abstract: This report,aiming at laminated plates made of composite material,has developed a new finite clement analysis method by establishing stiffness matrixes of isoparametric, solid elements, superparametric shell elements, solid-shell trasi-tion elements and elements with out-element ncdes.These elements are available to analysing isotropic/orthotropic material,honeycomb sandwich and/or composite plates. They are able to represent complex structures distinctly and solve the significant subject in composite material research--inter-layer stress analysis. From an engineering application point of view.the maximum strength of, various structures mentioned above is studied and a method solving non-lin,ear problem of composite material is suggested.Also,some of the analysed examples are given at the end of the article.It is shown that the method is very effective.
