摘要:

工程结构常存在表面裂纹或缺陷,例如飞机上的航炮经多次发射,在内膛将产生表面龟裂;航空发动机轮盘和叶片也可能有表面裂纹。由于表面裂纹是三维问题,给问题的解决带来了很大的困难。边界元方法为求解三维问题带来了方便。

Abstract:

This paper studies the boundary element method for calculating the stress intensity factors of a semi-elliptical surface crack. The suitable locations and the optimum size of the singular isoparametric elements are presented. To verify the conclusion of this paper the stress-intensity factors of a semi-elliptical surface crack in a tension specimen and a cylinder are calculated.
