摘要: 本文以磨削钛合金的粘附现象为基础,分析了磨削力与粘附面积百分率间的关系,并导出了磨削力数学模型。该模型计及由于切削工件材料而产生的力以及由于粘到工作磨粒上的工件材料与工件相互接触而产生的力。试验结果证明该模型对钛合金磨削是适用的。

Abstract: The mathematical model of grinding force is systematically studied in grinding of Titanium alloys with silicon carbide wheel. The relationship between grinding force and percentage of adhesive area is analyzed, and the mathematical model of grinding force based on the adhesive phenomena during grinding of Titanium alloys is derived. This model takes into account the forces arising from wbrkpiece material removal and the forces caused by interaction between the workpiece material transferred to the active abrasive grains and the workpiece.In order to determine the percentage of adhesive area, the surface of the wheel is photographed with a microscope. The normal and tangential components of the grinding force, are measured with a strain gage dynamometer. The friction coefficient under the adhesive conditions is determined.The experimental results demonstrate that this model is feasible for the grinding of Titanium alloys.
