摘要:

给出了一种用变截面试样测量D(E)的方法,推导出用该方法测材料弹性模量E及D(E)的理论公式,分析了有关因素对测量结果的影响,并用LY12-CZ铝合金试样对本文所提出的方法进行了试验验证。结果表明该方法是可行的,且具有实用性,和便于同一损伤过程的多角度对比研究的优点。

Abstract:

A new method of measuring damage variable D(E) was put forward, in which changing cross section specimen was used. The formulas for getting E and D(E) were derived in theory, and several factors which can affect the accuracy of the results were analysed.Finally, the whole method was tested in practical experiments.The results showed that it is feasible and effective.Especially,it made possible the study of the same damage process from different angles by contrast.
