端面气膜密封的高性能端面结构

摘要:

针对端面气膜密封设计中遇到的几种典型端面结构,对它们的密封特性进行了定量的分析比较,特别是建立了不同典型端面的密封特性与膜厚的关系,有利于指导端面气膜密封的端面选型。分析中,对每种密封端面,其结构参数都是依据有关文献选取的优化或近似优化的数据。在有关端面密封气膜压力分布的计算中,采用了对几何结构适应性强的有限元素法。

Abstract:

To guide the choice of face type for gas film face seal, the sealing characteristics of some typical face configurations, which were often used in gas film face seal, are quantitatively analyzed and compared. Especially the relation of sealing performance to film thickness for different configurations is established. In the analysis, the geometric parameters for each face configuration, which are taken from relevant references, are optimal or approximately optimal data. The adaptable finite element method is used for calculating the pressure distribution of gas film for face seal.
