摘要: 研究了在碱性锌酸盐溶液中加入含 Fe添加剂后,Zn-Fe合金的电沉积过程及镀层含 Fe量的影响因素。结果表明,含 Fe质量百分比为 0.4 %~ 0.8%的 Zn-Fe合金镀层的耐蚀性至少是普通镀锌层的 2倍。根据镀层的腐蚀形貌,初步探讨了合金镀层的耐蚀机理

Abstract: Having added an additive to Alcaline Zincate Bath, the electrodeposition process of Zn Fe alloy and the factors with effects on Fe content in Zn Fe alloy were investigated.Neutral salt spray test shows that the corrosion resistance of Zn Fe alloy deposition containing 0.4~0.8wt% Fe is as tow times as that of Zinc coating at least. According to the morphology observation after corrosion, the mechanism of corrosion resistance of Zn Fe alloy deposit was discussed simply.
