摘要:

利用电偶腐蚀,动电位扫描等方法,模拟飞机运行条件下实际腐蚀介质中LY12,LC4高强铝合金等飞机常用的结构材料偶接后的腐蚀情况进行研究。LY12,LC4铝合金的腐蚀均由点蚀开始,发展成层状翘起,以至腐蚀剥落。不同偶接金属的搭配对腐蚀的影响也很大,偶接状态下其腐蚀电化学行为以电位负的金属为主。

Abstract:

The influence of different electrical contacts on the corrosion behavior of high strength aluminum alloys 2024 and 7075 by galvanic corrosion test, potentiodynamic polarization test and immersed test in the solution simulating the aircraft corrosion environment is discussed in the present study. The corrosion of 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys begins with pitting and then expands to layer upon layer denuded corrosion. Contact materials affect the corrosion behavior significantly.
