非连续带材缠绕张力控制技术研究

摘要: 非连续带材缠绕是布带缠绕的一种,广泛地应用于复合材料成型中,在大拉伸比缠绕时更能突显其优势。针对非连续带材的缠绕,在认真分析复合材料成型工艺过程和可能存在的技术难点的基础上,对影响缠绕制品质量的张力、布带拉伸比、布带自动续接及自动纠偏等因素的控制方法及相互作用机理进行了较为深入的研究,并设计出了切实可行的机械装置和控制方案。经应用验证,该方案既实现了非连续带材缠绕成型过程的自动化,又保证了缠绕制品的质量,解决了非连续带材成型过程的关键控制技术难题。

Abstract: The discontinous tape winding is one kind of tape winding, which is widely used in the molding of composite materials. Particularly, it has obvious advantage in the winding of large tension ratio. Aimed at the winding of discontinuous tape and based on the analysis of the molding of composite materials and the possible technical difficulties, this article gives a comparatively deep research on the control method and interaction mechanism of tension, tension ratio, automatic lap and rectification which influence the quality of the winded products. Moreover, the feasible mechanical set and control scheme are designed. According to the application verification, the scheme not only automates the discontinous tape winding process, but also ensures the quality of the winded products, and solves the key problems of control technology in the molding process of discontinous tape.
