高速运动体微型寄生智能测试研究

摘要: 通过对现行测试技术的现状分析研究和高速运动体的运动特征和运动学及动力学特性分析 ,经过对测试的仪器结构形式、受力分析、耐温性能、低功耗供电技术、封装技术及触发技术等项研究 ,提出了对高速运动体实施寄生智能实时测试的新型测试技术和方法 ,对该项新技术进行了有针对性的应用研究 ,在发动机活塞 (加速度为 6 0 0 g )的实时应力测量中取得了良好的效果

Abstract: For the purpose of testing real signals, which meet the needs of reliability investigation, of high speed reciprocating objects and other high speed objects in the real work condition, the development of a new testing method and the suitable instruments were carried out. According to the analysis on the actual status of testing methods and their instruments being used in conventional and special testing nowadays, many researches were made in the investigation of new methods and technology, such as kinematics and dynamics of testing object, the type of testing system, linking force and its inertia stress, reliability and durability, anti-disturbing capacity, high-temperature property, energy consumption, sealing methods and device trigger . A new testing method and technology, based on the VLSI and the new achievement on the computer, was successfully used in the real time testing of the high speed reciprocate object. The micro-type parasitic intelligent testing technology also suits other high speed moving objects.
