摘要:

对在评定腐蚀条件下飞机结构的使用寿命(飞行小时数与服役日历年限)中具有关键意义的加速腐蚀试验环境谱进行了研究。在试验和分析基础上,提出了一种适用于战斗机关键危险部位的加速腐蚀试验环境谱,建立了疲劳寿命随加速腐蚀时间变化的关系式,用腐蚀程度对比方法确定了加速腐蚀环境谱与地面环境谱之间的当量关系,并已成功地应用于两种战斗机腐蚀条件下的使用寿命评定。

Abstract:

Based on tests and analysis, an accelerated corrosion test environment spectrum used for the critical area of fighter aircraft structures is presented, relational expression of fatigue life to accelerated corrosion time is established, and an equivalent accelerated relation between the accelerated corrosion environment spectrum and ground environment spectrum is determined by contrasting the degree of corrosion. This method has been used successfully for evaluating the service life of two kinds of fighter aircraft under corrosion conditions.
