端齿连接转子轴向松弛力(压紧力)计算

CALCULATION OF AXIAL RELAXED/PRESSED FORCES OF ROTORS WITH CURVIC COUPLINGS

摘要: 将端齿连接转子的零部件简化归并为4类结构,利用弹性力学、壳体理论、有限元素法及多变量函数插值技术等手段,导出各类结构轴向柔度系数的工程计算表达式,并给出离心力、气动力、热载荷及机动载荷等在各端齿接触面处引起的轴向松弛力或压紧力的计算公式。还介绍了根据本文提出的方法及公式开发的计算机程序,并给出了其应用实例

Abstract: The components of rotors with curvic couplings are simplified and classified into 4 types of structures, the engineering expressions to calculate the axial compliances of the structures are derived by means of elasticity, shell theory, finite element method, multivariable interpolation technique,etc., and the formulae are given out to calculate the relaxed or pressed forces on the contact surfaces of the curvic couplings caused by the centrifugal load, aerodynamic load, thermal load and maneuver load. A computer program developed according to the method and formulae of this paper is also introduced, and an application example is given.
