扇形喷嘴燃油浓度场试验研究

摘要: 在常压和气流速度 Va=5 0~ 90 m/s、气流温度 T=2 83~ 673K、油压 Pf=0 .2~ 0 .8MPa,下游距离 x=1 0 0~ 1 90 mm的条件下 ,对某扇形喷嘴下游燃油浓度分布的影响进行了试验研究。试验表明 ,扇形喷嘴油雾场的纵向分布呈扇形 ,横向分布与直流式喷嘴侧喷类似。当气流速度减小、气温降低、油压升高或下游距离增大时 ,都会引起燃油分布范围及穿透深度增加

Abstract: The fuel concentration distribution after a designed fan spray injector is investigated experimentally. The main influencing parameters are velocity of main stream V a with50~90m/s,temperature of main stream T with 283~673K,fuel pressure P fwith 0 2~0 8MPa and distance down stream from the injector x with 100~190mm. The pressure of the main stream is 1 013 3×10 5Pa.It is shown from experimental results that the fuel concentration has a fan shape longitudinal distribution, while the cross distribution of spray is similar to that of a plain orifice injector oriented normal to the stream. Furthermore, the fuel distributing range and the penetrating depth increase with the decrease of both main stream velocity and temperature, and increase with the increase of fuel pressure and the distance from the injector.
