摘要: 本文研究了空气雾化喷嘴内气流旋转及出口扩张角对雾化性能的影响关系,对装有三种不同叶片转角的旋流器及三种出口扩张角的喷嘴试件进行了试验和分析。得结论是:就这二者本身来说对雾化质量影响不大,因此在设计时可以主要按照燃烧区流场的需耍来考虑气流旋转及出口扩张角。

Abstract: The effects of swirling airflow and divergence angle, in the airblast atomizer on the atomizing performance were studied.Six different atomizers having three kinds of blade angle -swirlors and three .kinds of exit divergence angle have been, tested, and the results have been analyzed.The conclusions obtained are that. The swirling airflow gives little influence on the atomizing performance, so is the divergence angle. Therf ore they may be designed chiefly according to the need of flow pattern in the combus-tor.
