摘要:

在航空交直流共地混合供电系统中,对飞机交流发电机产生的三相交流电进行整流可得到高压直流电。针对目前航空领域中常用的多脉冲变压整流器(TRU)和高频隔离整流器存在功率密度较低和可靠性较差等问题,提出了一种非隔离型整流器方案,该方案由非隔离的自耦多脉冲整流器和非隔离型双极-单极直流变换器构成。分析了新型整流方案的结构特点,提出了一种非隔离型双极-单极转换软开关直流变换器拓扑及协同控制策略。通过仿真和实验验证了该变换器可实现高功率因数整流,且具有良好的输出特性。相比于现有的航空大功率整流器,该变换器具有更高的工作可靠性和功率密度。

Abstract:

The high voltage DC power supply is obtained by rectifying the three-phase AC power supplied by the aircraft generator in the common ground aircraft AC/DC hybrid system. Considering the low power density and reliability of the generally used multi-pulse Transformer-Rectifier-Unit (TRU) and the rectifier with high frequency galvanic isolation, a non-isolated rectifier scheme is proposed. The proposed rectifier is composed of a non-isolated Auto TRU (ATRU) and a non-isolated bipolar-unipolar DC/DC converter. Based on an analysis of the topology characteristics of the novel rectifier, a non-isolated bipolar-unipolar soft-switching DC/DC converter topology and the cooperative control strategy are proposed. The high power factor input and stable DC output of the converter are validated by simulation and experimental results. Compared with other high power aviation rectifiers, the presented one can improve the reliability and power density obviously.
