已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数

Fatigue Scatter Factor of Flown Aircraft’s Original Life

摘要:

为了准确利用已飞飞机的使用寿命,探讨了两种情况下已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数:①探讨已飞飞机的原寿命等于机群飞机给定使用寿命时的疲劳分散系数;②探讨已飞飞机作为机群飞机定寿试验机时的疲劳分散系数。通过研究,第1种情况的已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数可取1,第2种情况的已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数按规范规定的试验寿命的疲劳分散系数取值。这种取值方法可提高飞机定寿的可靠性。

Abstract:

This paper discussed the fatigue scatter factor of a flown aircraft's original life in two circumstances for the accurate use of a flown aircraft's original life. First, the original life of a flown aircraft equals to the given life of the fleet aircraft; second, the flown aircraft are used as testers to determine the fatigue scatter factor of the fleet. The study reveals that in the first circumstance, the fatigue scatter factor of the flown aircraft's original life may be set as 1; in the second circumstance, the fatigue scatter factor of the flown aircraft' original life is set based on that of their test life as specified. This way can improve the reliability in determining an aircraft's life.
