Abstract: In view of the characteristic situation of small samples in multi-testing environments in performance testing for electronic equipment, an evaluation method of performance reliability based on Pspice circuit simulation and the hypothesis of normal distribution is proposed. Transient analysis, Monte-Carlo analysis and temperature analysis in Pspice software are used to attain the performance simulation data in each environment and then the estimation of environment factors can be acquired, which are used to convert the data in environment A to B. Based on these, performance reliability estimation is achieved. Finally, an example of steady voltage power is provided and the validity and practicability of the method proposed is confirmed.
