Abstract: Based on SAPV 95, by means of level 2 method, the safety function and the method to get the probability of failure which can be used to weigh and forecast the safety state of pressure pipes with planar disfigurements under steady load are proposed. What's more, the relation between the probability and the average values and variation coefficients of generalized stress and generalized strength is analyzed.
