Abstract: The corrosion fatigue properties of 3 types of bolt joint structures and 12 kinds of protective measures ofL Y12CZAl-alloy plate typical bolt joints, by an environment accelerated test, are studied, and several protectivemeasures for detail structure improving properties of the L Y12CZ Al-alloy bolt joint structure against environmentcorrosion damage are presented. The results of tests show that anti-corrosion damage and fatigue properties of boltjoints can be generally increased with different degrees if an appropriate protective measure is applied to the detailstructure of bolt joints. Fitting bolt with marine grease and wet fitting bolt with primmer studied in the paper aremore effective measures to improve anti-environment damage properties of the bolt joints. Their fatigue propertiesare increased obviously compared with those not treated in the testing environment . Their fatigue lives are increasedrespectively by 78.36 % and 83.45 %, and their DFR values are increased respectively by 15.09 % and 15.88 %.
