Abstract: This paper analyzes the present research actuality and brings forward a concept that the human reliability should be considered in evaluating the combat effectiveness of aircraft. Furthermore, the characters of human reliability are analyzed, and the method of considering human reliability in combat simulation and analytical evaluation is studied.
