Abstract: The data processing and compilation of vibration environmental spectrum is an important part of environmental reliability test for aircraft airborne equipment. It has great significance for guaranteeing the security and reliability of aircraft airborne equipment. This paper takes passenger aircraft as an example and makes the research on data processing and compilation of vibration environmental spectrum based on Welch method and the latest GJB. This paper compiles synthetically experimental profile for aircraft airborne equipment on the basis of measured data and statistical information. The methods of data processing and compilation principle of vibration environmental spectrum, which this paper discusses, are able to be adapted to the testing requirement of vibration environmental spectrum for aircraft airborne equipment. This paper lays a foundation for reliability assessment of vibration environment for aircraft airborne equipment.
